Inquiring Procedure

    Inquiry or Consulting

    We discuss with you on test purpose, test design, cost and schedule etc.

    4 weeks before test start
  • 02

    Making a contract

    When the consultation is completed, the test plan is finalized. The contract is signed and the deposit of the first half test fee is paid as a condition of agreement.

    3 weeks before test start
  • 03

    Subject recruitment

    The planned test is reviewed by our IRB, and client submits the test product information and material safety data for review.
    Once the test is approved, recruitment begins. At this time, the client sends the test sample.

    2 weeks before test start
  • 06

    Final report

    The report will be issued after passing the final QA.

    Within 1 week after Draft Reporting
  • 05

    Quality assurance

    The draft report that has passed the QA is issued.

    Within 4 weeks of test closure
  • 04

    Test conducting

    The test shall be carried out according to test planning.
    The process can be followed and monitored by the client at any time.
